need to create new labels list for clients

I am trying to create a new labels list of about 5000 clients to do a mass
mailing.
I want to enter all the names in and then print all these names in labels

It sounds like you need to use Mail Merge. Go to Tools/Mail Merge and
follow the directions.

Do yourself a favor, Liz. Put them in an Excel file or in Word tables:

Also, I suspect you already have your Client's name SOMEwhere
electronically. Many programs allow you to export to Excel or export to CSV
(which can be opened from Excel).

I'm not sure what your question is, but consider this information, or
provide more info yourself.
