Need to disable speech recognition not installed message in Front.

[Perennially Puzzled]

Every time I open Front Page 2003 a message is displayed saying "Speech
recognition not installed. Would you like to install now?" The answer is
always "NO," but there is no check box that says, "Do not ask me this
question again." How do I get rid of this annoyance?

Install it and then turn it off from the speech tool bar that will start when you open any MSO app
