Need to display Entites when visio is rendered as a web page

hello,
When i do a save as web page for a visio diagram, i am getting zoom,details
and search feature but i am not getting Entities. Is there any way to get the
entities in a web page? I am using Visio 2003. I tried to set some shapes to
the Entities Layer in the visio diagram and then did a save as web page but
still i am unable to get the entities section in the web page.

Entities like vendor, supplier, database. I am using a cross functional
flowchart for my visio diagram. So these will come on the left of the visio
diagram

I wonder this is a right answer.
Did you defined custom propertirs to the shape for your entities?
If you have defined them, when you save as web page, you might press publish
button, include all options.
When a web page is displayed , you might keep pressing ctrl key and select
a shape. Then the custom properties might appear on left window.
