Need to fix a error with the RIBBON ITSELF in Office '07!

We run Word 07 mainly, and after upgrading our RAM in a new DELL to 3GB from
1GB, the Ribbon does not work properly. The computer notified of a successful
change to the hardware, with nothing else acting amiss, period. WTF? Here is
an image to show you what I mean.

It seems MS PAINT is also affected.

So, what did Office do? Maybe it's Windows 7? But it's fine on the OTHER W7
PC?


If I need to, I'll just reinstall the Beta on a smaller partition to see
what happens.

If the issue doesn't appear in the Windows XP ot Vista installation, I'd
say you have something going on with Windows 7 and the added RAM.
