Need to give access to form to other users to utilize.

I have a form that I need to make easy access to other
users of another department to use.
The project manager wants the users to be able to just
click on the form & use it from their desktops. Is this
possible?
I have locked the records so no changes can be made. The
user only needs to make selections from 2 combo boxes &
click search for their info they need to populate. There
is no need for the users to input any info. This is to be
used as a information resource only.
Thank you

Hi Mary,

If you are asking to be able to use the form without Access (or Access
Runtime) being installed on the client workstations, then no. Access
Runtime can be distributed and used to run projects if you have the
Developers license of Office.

No, the users have Access, but their knowledge is limited,
and therefore my manager only wants them to be able to
view & utilize the form, but wanted it to be an icon on
their desktop to utilize when they needed it.
Thank you

Thanks for the great advice!

Use the Startup properties of the file to specify that your form be opened
automatically when the file is opened and to hide the db window.
