Need to import dates from Access table

I need to import dates from an Access table and show 4 items on the Outlook
calender. It needs to appear on the correct date, show the event, show a
start time, show an opponent, and show the location to be played. I am an
Athletic Director at a high school and would like to use outlook as our
scheduling calender.

If you click File, Import and Export, Import from file or program, you
will find "Microsoft Access 97-2003" as one of the selections.
