Need to manually remove Office 2000

B

Bob Hughes

I have a user that has a corrupt install of Office 2000.
It won't come out using add/remove. The articles I've
found so far start with add/remove and manually remove
folders and edit the registry.

What I need is complete manual removal instructions for
Office 2000.

Also, on start up, I get an Outlook error message that the
file MAPI32.dll is corrupt or the wrong version. And it
suggests reinstalling Outlook.

All assistance is appreciated!

Thanks, Bob

YOu do not give the operating system version but this may apply if you are
using Windows 2000:

See the Microsoft Knowledge Base for other articles on how to remove Office
CD2.
