Hi Eddie,

A couple of questions...

1. Are all the EPM components (SQL, OLAP, SharePoint, PWA) located on
the same server? If not, then describe your EPM/network environment.

2. If you are moving the PWA server to a new server/domain, will you and
the PWA users remain in your current domain?

3. Will you and the PWA users have access to the new domain?

4. What Network Operating System are you using? Windows Server 200x,
NetWare, Linux, etc.

5. If Windows Server 200x, do you have Active Directory installed? How
about the other domain?

All located on a Windows 2003 standerd

"A department in the company was sold that department is the department
that uses Project server of course, the new company will install
project server on their servers with the same users but on a new
domain/new accounts. i need to save all the data and transfer it to
them so that they can install it and us it."

3DDI3,

all have to only backyp 2 SQL databases called Projectserver &
STS_servername_1
Install EPM solution again and restore these 2 databses on the new
environment.
if the projects & resources are not needed you can delete them.
