need to move one outlook contacts column up in relation to the re.

My new PDA needs backing up but outlook contacts prints first all names and
then all phone numbers. Jow can I move the numbers in one column up ( or the
other down)? Selection is only across and it seems I cannot select
vertically, that is one column. Is that correct?
