need to move suite from desktop to new laptop

i'm a student and i purchased the unlimited pack that microsoft had going on.
I just bought a laptop and i want to move the software from my desktop to my
laptop how do i do this if this is possible?

You need the media (cd/dvd) to install it on the other PC

I downloaded it from the website..so there's no way can move it. Do you know
if there's a way could put the software on a CD so i can move it.

Of course you can. Copy the downloaded installation files to the new machine
like you would copy any other file.

See above - just treat the downloaded installation file as any other file...

I assume you didn't want to pay the few extra dollars for backup storage or
backup media? You need to contact Digital River again and ask them how to
download it again. And this time - make a copy of it and store it with the
product key. You did keep that email, didn't you?
