Need to open folder with RTF files and save them as PDF

Hi, here's what i need to do with a macro:

1. Choose a folder
2. Search the folder for RTF files and open them
3. Save the documents as PDF files using the included plugin from office 2007.

I'm really lost with this issue, i appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
