Need to open Template by using VBA ..How?

Hi Guys:

I am working on custom guide. I need to open Template
Window(on my computer) by using VBA.If your confusing
like which window i m talking about then the answer is

File-->New-->click on my computer link

and a new window will be opened for selecting templates.

Can anybody help me to solve this problem? I need a find
out a command to open it.Earliest response would be
highly appreciated.
