Need to play DVD in PowerPoint

Is it possible to play a DVD within a PowerPoint slide
without having to pay for an add-on? Does anyone know of
a workaround?

I searched on google.....and found this...

This is not a recommendation as I've never used it. This is however a free
demo download. If it works for you please could you report back to this
newsgroup with how you got on.

Thanks for the tip. I tried the demo and it works great.
However, I'd still like to find a free solution as this
product, which has very limited capabilities, is $200 for
single user license.
