Need to push the results of a query into an Excel template...

Where is the best place to find information on this. This isn't a
transferspreadsheet type of procedure, this will create Journal Entries based
on what has been created through our Access application. Already have the
template and it just has to push three columns of data and a single date.
Shouldn't be hard, but I don't want to start chasing rabbits all around.

You guys always know some great reference sites.... anyone have one for this?
