Need to recapture previous Excel File

Information/Data that was previously input on 3 worksheet
pages in my Excel file were overwritten by data input on
the 4th worksheet. The file was saved as data was entered
on the 4th worksheet without my knowing it was
overwriting my other data. Is there a way to recapture
Excel Files saved earlier in the day or as of yesterday?
I am a single user on a Compaq Desktop with Windowsxp -
the Excel program is M/S Officexp Ver2002. I don't
understand where to find my pager files to look for
previously saved files. Need Help.

If you saved a separate copy before you overwrote the data you can use
that.Do a search from the windows Start button menu to look for all
instances of the file name.Otherwise you're out of luck.
