Need to Recover Deleated Mailbox

I had info from a former exchange account in Outlook. I added a pop 3
account that I am using now, and verified the data merged, so I had it all.
Then I messed up and removed the exchange mailbox since Outlook was looking
for it and the account has been closed. The second I clicked remove, I lost
everything, mail, contacts, calender, everything!!! There didn't seem to be
an undo button. I canceled and closed, but to no avail. I have checked the
recycle bin and even searched the entire c drive for the pst file, but it is
gone. I have recovered the pop 3 info, but lost the old exchange info with
over 500 entries. I know data is never really gone from the computer so how
can I recover it? The old mail isn't really critical, but the contacts and
calendar are. I don't have another backup.

Look for an .ost file (offline storage) and see if you can open it and then export it to a .pst file... but I don't think you can after all the mucking around you did. Once the Exchange profile is removed, the .ost file is toast as it depends on the profile SID to open.
