Need to retreive data in Deleted Items.dbx

I have 183 mb of data in the Deleted Items.dbx folder for my outlook Express.
I may have inadvertantly deleted a folder I had created in Outlook that I use
for storing emails that I wished to save.

I need to retrieve the data stored in the dbx folder. Obviously if you open
Outlook Express the deleted items folder is empty. I thought I might have
some luck using DOS, but it has been a long time since I used DOS.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You need to repost this to the Outlook Express newsgroup. This newsgroup is for
Outlook which is a part of Office
