need to run set up again and again and again and again .........

whenever I start Word 2000(it only happens recently), it
gives me message like this

The application must ne installed to run. Please run setup
from the location where you orginally installed the
application.

I have un-install and re-install several times. It just
does not work at all.

Please help.
