need to save all info in outlook to a portable hard drive

I am moving to China and need to save all my outlook info to a portable hard
drive. How do I do this?

With OL closed copy the pst files to wherever

The versions of OL, at both locations may also be important
ie OL pre 2003 cannot read an OL2003 format pst
