I am sorry if this has been covered before but I don't think I am
searching properly to find the answer.
I am using Outlook 2003 to connect to Exchange 2000. However for one
particlar mailbox, I am trying to create a rule that will auto-forward
all messages with attachments to another address which exists outside
of Exchange on my anti-spam appliance.
The problem is I need to send the messages directly to my anti-spam
device as if it was an SMTP server, bypassing Exchange.
I have created a second email account (Spamkiller) in my profile which
points to the spam box and it works well when I tell the message to
send via the Spamkiller account. The problem is when I try to automate
it with the rule. It defaults to sending via Exchange despite setting
the Spamkiller account as the default.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Craig
