Need to Shrink Workspace and recover White Space

I need to shrink my workspace. When I delete items out of my Groove
Workspace it doesn't shrink the Workspace and recover disk space. Now I
can't add items to the Workspace. What do I need to do to shrink the
Workspace?

Hi,

Groove periodically deletes data that is no longer needed. To maintain
workspace integrity, Groove retains the data that members remove from the
workspace on a disk until it has received ackonwldgement that every member of
the workspace has received the changes. You can refer to
