Hi All,
I have a user who has inadvertantly clicked / dragged a column header
(slightly upwards?) in Outlook (inbox) - we've managed to get the columns all
sorted again, but we're left with a grey bar - about a 1/2 inch high that
extends above all columns that we just can't seem to get rid of - can't right
click it - can't resize it - can't move it etc.
It says "Drag a Column Header Here To Group By That Column"
It only applies when "inbox" is displayed - and persists after a restart. If
I double-click the area it produces a box of options titles "group by".
Client is OL2002.
Any ideas appreciated - I've been through all the view settings I can find -
but it's possible I've missed something.
