Need to sum of records in a dimension in Analyzer

Is there a way to modify the system so that I can create Analyzer views such
as # of Projects by Owner, # of Projects by Class, etc. Out of the box it
only seems to allows work and cost values to be totaled.

You can't get a count of objects directly in Portfolio Analyzer views.
Export the PivotTable to Excel and you can do this. Hope this helps.

Dale - can Analysis Services do this and if so, can the OLAP cube be
modified to allow it? I am not ready to go this far yet but would like to
know if it can be done.
