Need to transfer e-mail contacts

How can I copy and/or transfer my entire e-mail contact address book from
Windows Mail on my old computer, which uses Windows Vista, to my new
computer, using Microsoft Outlook 2010, and under the Windows 7 format?
Right now I am at a loss.

What format are they in? If individual vcard files, just copy the files
and open with Outlook. (Drag to the Contact folder to get them into
Outlook.)

Otherwise, export to CSV format then import into Outlook 2010.
