need to update Mictrosoft Project

I was looking for some help. I own Microsoft Project
(designed for Windows 95). I would like to upgrade it and
do not know what version I can upgrade to or any at all.
The new software will be going on a desk top that is
running XP operating and will have Office Prof.2000 on it.
Any suggestions, please.

To determine which version of Project (not Windows) you have, in Project
do Help/About ... then look at
http://www.microsoft.com/office/project/howtobuy/default.mspx to see
what you need to buy.

The current version, Project 2003, will work with XP and Office
Professional 2000.

There is no upgrade from 95 to the current version.
It is possible that you could upgrade to Project 98 or possibly 2000 (the
later one I am not sure about).
If you want to go the upgrade route you could buy project98 on ebay and then
upgrade that to 2003, however it may just be easier to buy a new copy even
though it might cost a bit more.
