Need tutorial for voice sound in FP

Could someone point me to a tutorial that will teach me the procedures to
provide 30 minutes of voice (a speech, e.g.,) from a FrontPage website. This
would include what medium to use, the appropriate file extension, and the
important settings.

I have supported two websites for for four years, so know my way for the
basics, but have not done anything like this. I do not do scripting.

I understand the server would have to be running FrontPage extensions, and I
would imagine the sound would take up quite some storage space. I really
need to find some details (hopefully on line some place).
