Need Upside Down Text

I have a newsletter that is 11 x 17, folded in half and
then into a booklet. The "back" of the booklet needs to
be upside down.

I know I can put text into WordArt and flip it over but
I'd rather add a text box to something I've already set
up and flip it over. The text box rotates but not the
text inside it.

Help!...and thanks.

You can either print the document twice or use a graphic. I don't think
you'll find another option. Sorry.
