Need Utility.mda for Zoom Box functionality

Hi,
My adp application does not use Access security and does not require an
Access login. However, when a user presses Shift + F2 for the zoom box,
then the Access Login Dialog is displayed and an Access username and
password must be supplied. I know that I need a reference to Utility.mda to
make the zoom box work, but I can't set that reference without invoking
Access security.

Any help would be appreciated.
