Need Word Table Headers to Appear Frozen atop Display (Like Excel) and to Repeat on All Piinted Page

Table properties - tab "Row" (find row 1) - mark "Repeat as header row at
the top of each page"

Although you can repeat table headers at the top of each (printed) page use
Table | Heading Rows Repeat, there is nothing comparable to Excel's Freeze
Panes to keep table headings (or stubs) visible as you scroll.

You can split the document window in two. Use Window - split or drag the
little bar just above the vertical scrolling bar.
Click in the first window and position just below your header row.
Click in the second window and scroll, type or whatever.
Not quite the same as in Excel but close.
