Needed Improvement to Outlook Caledar

I use Outlook both for my home and work. I have many monthly deliveries or
programs that I schedule reminders for and though they are monthly, they are
not always at the same day each month. It would be nice to have the option
of scheduling a reoccurence using a calendar so that I can make the one appt
and schedule all of the others on different days of each month instead of
having to make a separate appt. for each one since they do not fall in a
particular sequence. Hope that makes sense.

Hello Philip, have a look at WS:Repeat Appointment II for Outlook at

This will provide you with the ability to schedule appointments and meeting
requests that do not match a standard pattern.


Features of the WS:RA II add-in:

a.. Create multiple repeat Appointments and Meeting Requests that do not
match a fixed pattern
b.. Create Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly patterned Repeat Groups
c.. On Daily Repeat Groups select what days of the week are to be included
in the pattern (e.g. A part time worker only works Mondays, Tuesdays and
Wednesdays so all other days ignored)
d.. On Weekly Repeat Groups, selects those days that are to be repeat.
e.. Once pattern Repeat Groups created, individual dates may be modified.
If for example individual dates conflict with certain events such as public
holidays, these dates can be moved to the following day e.g. Move the Monday
