Negative text printing black

Storm

Actually this problem does not exsist on my Mac, but if I print the same
presentation from a Windows machine, all negative (white) text on
colored background comes out black.

Can anybody help me where to change something?
(Probably in the print dialougue).

In the print dialog, you'll see options for Color, Grayscale or Pure B/W (the
wording will vary a bit depending on the version of PPT you have). Sounds like
you're getting Pure B/W, which'd be the default when you have a b/w printer
chosen. Try one of the other options.

Depending on the version of PPT again, you may have a Print Preview option
that'll show you what you'll get w/o having to kill trees.

See if you have a File, Print Preview option.
Or check View, Color/Grayscale, which lets you put your normal PPT editing
window in the same mode as you plan to print in.
