Negative values for BCWP, BCWS, and EAC????

Has anyone ever encountered negative values for BCWP, BCWS, and EAC? These
are small tasks, less than 80 hours. In progress tasks have negative BCWP, as
well. This only affects a handful of tasks. Re-baselining the tasks do not
solve the problem. In addition, the "correct" EAC is around 5,000 hours, the
displayed, project level EAC is, get this, negative 866 million. This
project is on project server.

I'm not experienced with Project Server, and don't know how you're collecting
actuals, but take a look at the Work and Actual Work values. Then look at
the Rates for the resources. Rate * hours is used to calculate the fields
you are listing.

Thanks for the reply. However, work, actual work, and rate data all are OK.
We're collecting hours via timesheets on project server. That's what's so
confusing.
