Nested calendar folders in To-Do Bar

I have created some nested calendar folders, Personal, Business, etc.,
under the Calendar folder. I can not get the to-do bar to show the
upcoming appointments from the nested folders. Is there a setting to
get "To-Do Bar" to show all appointments?
