Nested Functions

Would anyone have a listing or know of a site that shows
the most commonly used combination of functions and what
they are combined to produce? For example, Index with
Match, or Left with Mid and Right.

I have seen more combinations of worksheet functions than
there are stars in the sky. Each formula is unique and
formulated to address a specific problem. There are some
combinations that pop up more than average such as
INDEX/MATCH. My only suggestion would be to head to the
google archives and type in various combos of worksheet
functions.
