Nested projects

I don't know if the solution for this is purely in project or lies in
project server configuration as well but i was wondering if anyone knew
how to include a project with one owner as a task in a bigger project
with a different owner. In our company, we have a specialized project
manager who handles only Oracle-related engagements, which may be part
of a bigger project engagement. So the owner of the super project can
not complete the project until the Oracle-engagement (which is handled
by a different manager) is completed. How do we accomplish this with
the project plans being integrated and in complete view (specifically
for the manager of the super project), yet still retain some
independence between each other (such as seperate team buillt)? Thanks.

They are set up as two separate projects, just as you normally would.
Then in the parent project, select the line below where you want the
subordinate project to be shown, from the Insert menu, choose Project
and sellect the other user's project.
