I've been having problems changing the default printer. It doesn't always
seem to find its way to all the reports, althought they are set to 'default'
not a specific printer.
Is there a problem with using nested subreports? (The main report calls a
series of subreports, each of which can be printed or suppressed
programatically. The subreports can call sub_subreports.)
It looks as though changing the default printer takes at least a couple of
passes to ripple through, and doesn't always get there. Given that I've got
the 'can't find network printer to work out page sizes' problem from KB
294555 it's a bit frustrating when the workround of using a local printer as
default doesn't work.
Is nesting subreports acceptable or does it screw up the Access internals?
If so, is there a neater way of (effectively) suppressing a whole page of
printing than having to reference each control individually?
Thanks
