Nesting Tables

[Developing]

Not sure if this is the right group or not... I am a developing a program to
create a word document, Insert a table 3 columns across and ten rows down per
page.
in each cell I want to insert a table with ID, name, adress etc. (1 column,
5 rows). I need to be able to adjust the spacing between columns and rows
(for printing labels).

My issue is I don't know how to insert a table with my address info
into the cells of the initial (3X10) table.

I would greatly appreciate any advice.

What is the purpose of the nested tables? With them having just one column,
it would seem to be a bit pointless.
