.NET addin, load user control on outlook form.

I have an outlook addin that I have created with .NET (C#). This addin
contains several user controls that are used on various forms within
the addin.

I am wondering if these same user controls could also be made to appear
on custom outlook forms?

Outlook custom forms can use only ActiveX controls.
