.Net component for Office Editor

I am looking for a .Net component that can provide a web interface for the
user to open and edit the MS Office document (word, excel and PowerPoint),
anyone can give me some suggestion?

Your choices are limited. 3rd party will give you some but not all
(softartisans for instance). OWC will give you Excel, not Powerpoint and
word. VSTO will give you everything, but it is not Web based.

Thank for your information, indeed I am looking for a 3rd tool that can
provide a Web Editor (like Google Office) for the user to directly update
the file content.

I heard that if there is MS Office in client PC, we can use javascript to
add the editor to the web, is it really possible?

Basically yes. You'd need to download and install the Office Web Components
and use it in your application.
