Net Folder for Calendars Created Duplicate Calendar Entries

Brian

I set up the net folders here at our small office between 3 machines for our
calendars. Two machines work great however the third machine created 3-4
duplicates of appointements on his machine. What is causing this and how do
I stope it. It happened the first time I set things up so I deleted all Net
Folders and started from scratch. Then cleaned off all duplicate entries and
re-set the Net Folders between the 3 machines. It just showed up again the
same machine. Is there a data file duplicated that is being read by that
machine and not the others? How do I stop the duplicate entries. Thank you!

Net folders are buggy... and this is one reason why. Are you subbing the
machines to one calendar or two?

I'm sorry...but what do you mean by subbing? We have three individual
machines, A,B, and C. I was trying to allow A to see B&C and add/delete
appointmetns and so on with each other maching. I noticed that on my machine
on the bar that has the "push pin" on it I have to Outlook Today-Personal
Folders listed witht the same exact items in each. Could this be causing
duplicate entries? If so how do I delete one of them? Thanks!

subbing = subscribing - if all the machines are subscribed to each other,
they will create dupes. if one is the master and the other two sync only
with it, you shouldn't get dupes.

right click on one of the outlook today folders and choose close. it will
probably error - if so, you'll need to make a new profile.
