Net Folder problems

Outlook 98 installed on Win XP Pro
Net Folders worked flawlessly with sharing my calendar with another user in the office, then stopped working for reasons I cannot explain. I've reinstalled OL98, reinstalled Net Folders, looked at KB articles on Net Folders, looked at Sue Mosher's Slipstick site, renamed the frmcache.dat file. My current problem is the error message:

"Net Folders was unable to mail New Subscription offer to the followin
addresses: <recipient's name> You may try and add these members agai
later. There are no members for this Net Folder. No updates for thi
folder will be sent.

Ed Scanlan posted this same problem on 11/12/03 in microsoft.public.outlook.calendaring, but I have not been able to resolve the issue by renaming the frmcache.dat file
