Net Folders Calendar Not Changing Others Calendars

We are trying to use Net Folders for a group calendar.
We can make changes to the group calendar and those
changes are reflected on the calendar/computer where the
net folders group calendar originates. However, these
changes are not reflected on the other users calendars.
We are receiving e-mails from the originating computer's
group calendar, these emails have attachments (the Net
Folders changes?) but there are no updates reflected on
our group calendars. These attachments, when opened, are
an e-mail form. Any suggestions?
