Net Folders limiting attachments

I have two problems with Net Folders. Using Outlook 2000
and Win 2000. Problem 1) When a user makes changes to the
Contact List, these changes are not done in the other
users Contact List. Yes, am sending in Outlook RTF, other
user (not owner) has editor privileges. 2) On the user
that is sharing another's Contact List, it appears that
the Net Folders option is limiting sending any attachment
over 2 Megs. I can send, as an attachment, any file under
2 Megs, but messages with attachements over 2 megs times
out and disconnects from the server. Any help on either
problem, especially #2 would be appreciated.
