Net folders not Synchronizing Contacts

We have two computers networked with Outlook 2000 and are
using Net folders to share contacts. They are not
Synchronizing their information and we have discrepencies
between the two Contact lists. we have made sure to updat
them and do not have any private contacts. Some contacts
do not show up on the second computer at all.

Any ideas?

I have also noticed that categories do not transfer to the
second PC. I have seen a couple of posts regarding this
issue.
