Net Folders Outlook 2000

I am trying to accept an invitation to a Net Folder. The
email has an accept and decline button at the bottom.
Clicking on either of the buttons does nothing.

How can I accept the invitation

Ask the owner of the Net Folders to resend the request and see if that works
any better.
