Net folders problem OL2000

I have a user that has shared his calendar using net folders in outlook
2000. The two people that need to synchronize and update the calendar are
listed in the delegates list. Each user has the appropriate permissions. All
addresses are stored in the GAL not a personal contacts folder. Yet am still
getting this message.

" A Program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.
Do you want to allow this" Blah, blah, blah......

Is there anyway to turn this off.

This is caused by the Outlook Security Update.
