net folders receives updates but cannot send updates?

I have been using net folders to share journals for years. All of a sudden,
one computer in the share receives all posted updates as usual but when
changes are made on this computer, the changes do not send to the other
members of the share.

I have moved the pst file to another computer but it still won't send
updates so it may be a pst file issue. I did run the archive feature (it is
MS Outlook 2000) right around the time this issue started.

Any suggested troubleshooting tips will be appreciated.
