Net folders was unable to mail new subscriptions offers

Can't get Outlook 2000 Professional SP-3 Corporate/Workgroup (WINXPPro) to
share calendar.

"Net Folders was unable to mail New Subscription offer to email
addressees:**email address**"


KB Article describing this exact error message doesn't resolve issue (states
to rename Frmcache.dat to Frmcache.old and restart Outlook). Applies to
Outlook 2000 Standard Edition. Doesn't work for Professional using Corporate
or Workgroup setting.

Help!!!
