Net Folders with Outlook 2002

I have Outlook 2002 and someone is trying to send me a
subscription to a net folder calendar. However, I cannot
accept the calendar, and Outlook says I have to install
the net folder option, which I have done. Any ideas? The
sended is running Outlook 2000. I have tried reinstalling
the full package (all options) from CD.
