Net folders

I have a number of PC's trying to share folders in Outlook 2000, I've experience a couple of problem when a folder will just stop sharing. Until recently I would just start the sharing process of again & everything would be alright, lately I find that if I try to share a folder it appears to be working then within a minute or so I get the following message & sharing stops

The <folder name> Net Folder, which is administered by <folder owner> is no longer sending updates. If you have any questions, please contact the administrator of this Net Folder

The only thing I can think has changed is I upgraded Outlook 2003 tp SP3, the PC's invloved are a mix of W98SE, W2000 & WXP Pr

Folders that were shared prior to the upgrade are still syncronising
